Knight's Delight Buffet Service

FULL SERVICE

Catering staff will set tables and chairs to meet reception specifications, covering guest tables with disposable tablecloths. Linen service available at additional cost.
Choose selections from our Grand Knight Dinner Buffet Menu.
Buffet line will be provided and served by catering staff with food served in chafers.
Meal is served on high quality disposables, includes plate, napkin, cutlery, cups and bowls. China service available at additional cost.
Catering staff will clear guest tables by the conclusion of your meal.
Buffet, reception, and gift tables are covered with linen cloths and skirted.

LIMITED SERVICE

Guests provided with receptacles for self-clearing of tables. Table clearing service available at additional cost.
