►Funeral Notice

Francis Biskup died Sunday morning; a long time Knights of Columbus member. Funeral is Friday, October 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church. Luncheon immediately following in the parish center; burial at Calvary Cemetery after luncheon. Visitation at Bellevue Memorial Chapel from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2nd. Family will have a "sharing and celebration" of Francis' life at 7:00 p.m. at the Chapel.

Daylight Savings Time ends November 2, 2014. Be sure to set your clocks BACK one hour before going to bed Saturday evening.


The Rite of Christian Inititation of Adults (RCIA) welcomes people of all ages who are seeking information and knowledge about our Catholic faith. You may also want information on how to complete Initiation Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and/or Eucharist for children, youth, and adults.  Anyone interested is invited to introductory sessions in St Mark's Hall at 7pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays; that is Aug 6 and 20.  For more information call Gwen Shelton at 402-291-4898 or Sr. Ellen at 402-291-5395 or ellen.dolan@stmarysbellevue.com .

►Girls Religious Awards Program

First meeting and registration for Girls Religious Awards Program
will be held on Sunday, August 17th from 6:00-7:15
p.m. in the parish center. The program will run through Sunday,
November 16th. For additional information or to register

>      Cost $12 per person (Includes, beer, wine and pop)

> If you don't have a full team let us know and we can match you up with others.

> Trivia Night will include eight 10 question rounds of different categories/ history, sports, entertainment, etc.

Garden Ministry - Want to Help?

There are currently plenty of Spring cleanup opportunities for our church grounds.  We can user your help!  Please prayerfully consider joining our Garden Ministry.  We have jobs as small as watering once a week to larger planting responsibilities.  If you are interested or have any questions, contact Chris Halliburton at 402-293-9430 or Cindy Donahue at 402-731-6005.

►Perpetual Adoration

Perpetual Adorers are needed for the Sunday @ 4:00am and Tuesday @ 4:00am hours. Men are especially needed for these early morning hours. Please call Susan Moylan at 402-292-6047 to take an hour of adoration or for more information.

St Mary's parish is now providing access to an online service that is a video subscription from Franciscan Media.  The service contains the most popular videos from their collection and many others.  We will be changing the 'Playlist' periodically to cover seaonal or sacramental topics.
